Champagne Rosé tasting notes :

To the eye

This champagne features a seductive raspberry pink hue with deep salmon pink glints. Relatively fluid in appearance, it is filled with delicate, light bubbles that create a delicate bead.

To the nose

The first nose reveals hints of ripe strawberry, blackcurrant, raspberry and peppermint. When aired, it develops notes of pink grapefruit, tangerine juice and fresh pomegranate. Further aeration reveals scents of Morello cherry and fresh mint.

On the palate

The first impression is supple and fresh with a smooth, velvety effervescence. The wine develops on the palate with a fruity burst reminiscent of raspberries, strawberries and pink grapefruit. Freshness is maintained by an acidity elegantly backed by a limestone minerality. The champagne continues towards a light finish, marked by raspberry and mint, a dry body that is fruity with good bitterness.
